Itinerary

Day 1: Darwin to Katherine via Litchfield
Depart Darwin and make our way to Katherine via the refreshing waterfalls of Litchfield and the opportunity for a swim. . Visit the Adelaide River War Cemetery and the historic mining town of Pine Creek as travel towards Katherine Overnight in Katherine Accommodation. (L)

Day 2: Katherine to Kakadu
Rise and shine early to get out to Nitmiluk National park for a morning cruise through the majestic Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge. Travelling towards Kakadu we we call in at Edith Falls for a swim.. Entering via the southern entry of Kakadu, we make our way to the Warradjan Cultural Centre. Spend some time gaining an insight into the past and present Bininj lifestyle before we join the Yellow Water Wetlands cruise. View the ancient rock art at Nourlangie before sunset and traveling to our overnight accommodation at Aurora Kakadu Resort. (L)

Day 3: Kakadu to Darwin
Explore the northern sector today, starting with the Guluyambi Cultural Cruise before taking in the spectacular scenery and rock art at Ubirr. Return to Jabiru and visit the Bowalli visitor centre before making our way back to Darwin. (L)
