Small groups of between 7 and 13 people allow for greater flexability and enable us to tailor the itineraries to suit particular interests or varied according to seasonal conditions.
bigNT guarantees it will not offload passengers to other non comparable tours - we operate with a minimum of 4 passengers.
If the tour is cancelled due to insufficient passengers, we will not offload to the larger coach based tours without notifying and consulting fully with the client to ensure they are completely satisfied with the alternative options. Otherwise an alternate date may be arranged or a full refund will be provided.
Hint - check the fine print on other tours for clauses such as 'may be operated in larger vehicle' !

Note: * Group size of 13 is guaranteed for the core land content of each tour. Third party activities and optional touring such as boat cruises are public tours and may contain up to 50 people for the duration of those activities. ** Some special departure tours which use a 45 seat coach are scheduled, but our primary tours are small group based. Itineraries and tour details will identify size of group.
