bigNT guarantees it will not offload passengers to other non comparable tours - we operate with a minimum of 4 passengers.
If the tour is cancelled due to insufficient passengers, we will not offload to the larger coach based tours without notifying and consulting fully with the client to ensure they are completely satisfied with the alternative options. Otherwise an alternate date may be arranged or a full refund will be provided.
